Welcome

“No one asks for an eating disorder. No one chooses to develop an eating disorder. No one does a thing that makes an eating disorder take place. Eating disorders happen, but never by virtue of choice. […] Recovery happens, by virtue of countless choices.”

Anna Sweeney, MS, RD, LDN, CEDRD-S

Being a human being is SUPER hard. There is a lot of pressure to know exactly what your next steps should be. You may have noticed yourself feeling overwhelmed, anxious or disconnected.  Do you find yourself having trouble with food, hating your body, or just not feeling like yourself lately? Maybe you have tried reaching out to friends or family and they just don’t get it.

You are tired of doubting yourself and you need a place to talk things over with someone not directly involved.  You want to figure out who you are and you want to take your life back from your anxiety, disordered eating, comparison traps, or whatever else feels out of control.

You’re ready to embark on a journey of healing and self discovery; let’s get started!

Services

I offer a range of services including individual psychotherapy, professional supervision, and business consultation.

What People Are Saying

“Lacey is a sincere, creative, and thoughtful therapist. She’s equal parts compassionate and humorous, making her super easy to connect with. I highly recommend Lacey to anyone, but she’s especially gifted at supporting people with anxiety, body image concerns, and those just trying to figure out who they are in this world. She’s truly wonderful!.”

Victoria Tarbell, LMHC

“Lacey is incredibly motivated, HAES-aligned, and understands Intuitive Eating. I am constantly referring prospective clients to her. She covered two of my clients during my recent maternity leave and both made incredible mental health progress in their work with Lacey.
