Therapy & Supervision Fees

• 15 minute phone or video consultation: Free
• 55 minute video session: $175
• 60 minute video intake: $200

Insurance

I am not in-network with insurance companies, and would be considered an out of network provider. Please contact your insurance company directly and find out your coverage for “out of network” behavioral health benefits. If you request, I can provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, if applicable.

Sliding Scale

A sliding scale based on household income may be offered on occasion. I reserve several spots in my schedule to offer these sliding scale fees, and when possible I will work with you to find a way for therapy to be financially sustainable.

Good Faith Estimates

You have a right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a session.

Cancellations

24 hour advanced notice is required to avoid being charged a full fee for missed sessions or late cancellations.
